By using FastIndex, you agree to submit only URLs that you own or have explicit permission to index. Use of our service for spamming, black-hat SEO tactics that violate search engine guidelines, or indexing illegal content is strictly prohibited.

// 2. Service Guarantee

While we guarantee the submission of your URLs to search engine APIs within the specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours), the final indexing and ranking of your content are at the sole discretion of the search engines. FastIndex is not responsible for search engine penalties or refusal to index low-quality content.

// 3. Credits & Refunds

Indexing credits are non-transferable. Refunds are only issued in the event of a documented system failure where crawl requests were not successfully transmitted to our API partners.

// 4. API Limits

Users must adhere to the rate limits associated with their chosen plan. Attempts to bypass API restrictions or use automated scripts to scrape our portal may result in account suspension.

// 5. Liability

FastIndex and its parent company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our indexing services.
